Today was an awesome paddling day here in Fish Hoek Cape Town South Africa! Conditions were absolutely perfect with not a breath of wind, beautiful sunshine and great company. You should CHECK THE VIDEO CLIPS!

The Ocean Advanced class had an amazing paddle on the famous "Circuit Route" from Fish Hoek beach, around the Roman Rock lighthouse, to Noah's Ark Rock near Seaforth (a great place to do kayaking), down to Long Beach Simonstown and then home along the coast past Clan Stuart Wreck, Glencairn around Sunnycove Point on the Fish Hoek bay. The total distance was 16kms and the whole group was home in under 1h:45min. It was a great paddle.

The Ocean Expert group was challenged with some "Across the Bay" paddles after paddling their way along the coast to Kalk Bay. There were some red faces but big smiles after the session.

The two Ocean Paddler sessions at 9 and 10 am couldn't believe their luck as the beautiful glassy weather continued to provide perfect paddling conditions. Jasper was taking the sessions and had the group paddling out on the water for maximum time. The BRING A FRIEND day was well attended and I saw and met a couple of "Friends" keen as mustard, giving paddling a try.

By all accounts next Saturday should be the same so get your bookings in early.

EASTER WEEKEND
Just a reminder that there will be NO SURFSKISCHOOL ON THE EASTER WEEKEND (11 APRIL) as we are doing the SA Surfski Champs and some surfski paddling clinics on Centrel Beach in Plett.

THIS SATURDAY - 4TH APRIL
